The brand new Moynihan Train Hall, a 486,000 sq.ft. transportation and retail complex set in the historic James A. Farley Post Office, required a custom scheduling interface to accommodate the complex grouping of terminal units throughout the property. COVID restrictions meant most work had to be done remotely.

The JACX, twin 26-story mixed-use towers, needed a seamless BMS solution for anchor tenants Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and WeWork with custom interfaces for each tenant. Each tenant required secure, isolated access while building engineers needed central oversight.

During the pandemic, hospitals needed to remain operational 24/7. Bronx Lebanon required an urgent upgrade to their American AutoMatrix infrastructure while maintaining 100% uptime. Budget constraints added additional pressure.
